Life Flight International Inc. offers rapid and direct response to acute medical emergencies, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We have 2 dedicated Learjets, fully equipped and ready to go at a moment's notice. Both of our aircraft are located at our base of operations in the Millionaire FBO, at the Vancouver International Airport. Both aircraft are maintained by Penta Aviation on site. Our aircraft, FBO and Maintenance facility are all internally owned to provide a uncompromised and sterile Air Ambulance service. Our chosen dedicated aircraft offer speed, reliability, and flexibility which is a direct savings for our clients. Our Learjets are dedicated entirely to air ambulance missions, and are under the direct operational control of our flight coordinators.
Our long range Learjet 36XR complements our fleet by enabling us to travel to Hawaii, Asia, UK and international destinations. ( 175 countries to date) The Learjet is the preferred industry standard for Air Ambulance aircraft.
Our mid-sized jet Lear 60 has a high speed cruise of over 440 knots and a range of 2400 nautical miles. The Lear 60’s larger cabin gives it a distinct advantage over smaller jets, allowing us to accommodate the patient's family or travelling companion and luggage which also saves the cost and inconvenience of arranging separate flights.
