All pilots have thousands of hours of flight experience in a high risk area of British Columbia’s Rocky Mountains. Pilots go through extensive training on an annual basis and receive ongoing training every 3 months. Prior to every air ambulance flight, pilots participate in a risk assessment analysis in order to be prepared for any potential challenges that may arise..
All pilots are skilled in assisting air medical crews, and each pilot in command holds an Airline Transport License. Our Lear Captains have logged at least 3000 flight hours. In addition the flight crews have initial and recurrent training required by Transport Canada regulations.
